Requirements:
Grade 10/ Abet.
No experience required.
An understanding of one of the official languages used in the department.
Ability to work individually, in a team, under pressure, and with difficult persons.
Sense of responsibility and loyalty.
Sound organising and planning, communication and interpersonal relations skills.
Duties:
Serve refreshments as required.
Wash all crockery and cutlery after meetings.
Ensure equipment’s such as microwaves, fridges, kettles and water bottles clean
and tidy.
Ensure that kitchen counters and surfaces are clean at all times.
Keep board rooms clean and tidy. Ensure that fresh water and glasses are placed
in board-rooms.
Refill water jugs during meetings.
Assist with tea and coffee during meetings.
Keep stock (cutlery, crockery, cleaning equipment, refill beverage) list and levels
of cutlery and crockery.
Receive and pack stock.
Report faults, loss and breakage of utensils/ equipment.
Assist with making copies as requested.
