POSITION: FNE ASSISTANT MANAGER (FEEDSTORE/NET STORE AND ENVIRONMENT)
– Consult with Land-based Manager and Production manager on issues affecting the overall functioning of the feed store and net store
– Manage the Environment Team and theie daily duties. Set clear targets for feed store, net store and environment personnel
– Manages net arrivap and dispatch thereof to offshore. In charge of net cleaning, net rotation and feed store management
– Manage the packing of received feed and feed going out
– Ensure ensilaging of all mortalitiesand processing waste to prevent build-up of waste in the environment
– Ensure effective cleaning of all Sanlei premises and maintenance of grounds and plants
– Preparing of recyclable materials, ensure segregated storage of recyclable and non-recyclable material
Qualifications and Experience
– Minimum National Certificate/Diploma in Management
– At least 2 years’ experience working in a middle management position
– Ability and willingness to work collaboratively under a variety of hydrological and climate condition
– Valid Driver’s license
– Willing to work during weekends abd longer hours and or shifts when required
