A CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FNB Lesotho is inviting all interested companies or suitably qualified registered candidates to provide the following services to the bank:
1. Health and Safety Services
Qualified and experienced health and safety service providers are invited to conduct comprehensive assessments across all operational locations in accordance with the new Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act of Lesotho.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct comprehensive health and safety assessments of all FNB Lesotho locations (office environments and buildings).
- Provide a standardized health and safety rating for each location.
- Develop and provide customized monthly checklists aligned with regulations and best practices.
Submission Requirements:
- Brief company profile and relevant experience in multi-site health and safety assessments.
- Description of assessment methodology and rating criteria.
- Overview of checklist creation process.

2. Corporate Wardrobe
FNB Lesotho invites expression of interest from reputable and experienced local and international clothing suppliers to design, produce and supply corporate wear.
Scope of Work:
- Design and manufacture corporate wear for males and females, including:
- Dresses, skirts, long sleeve shirts, jerseys, suits, coats, ties, scarves, blouses.

3. Decorations
FNB Lesotho invites EOIs from experienced suppliers for the provision of event decoration services.
Scope of Work:
- Provide decoration services for small to large FNB events.

4. Gift Wrapping
FNB Lesotho seeks qualified and reputable companies or individuals for professional gift wrapping.
Scope of Work:
- Provide and wrap gift parcels as requested by the bank.

5. Construction
FNB Lesotho invites experienced local construction companies to submit EOIs for the construction and renovation of bank branches and offices.
Scope of Work:
- Renovation and refurbishment of existing structures.
- Site preparation and mobilisation.
- Plumbing works.
- Finishing, landscaping, and utility connections.
- Roofing structural works.
- Compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Submission Requirements:
- Company profile with at least 10 years relevant experience.
- Valid registration and licenses.
- Proof of financial capacity (e.g., audited financial statements).
- Health and safety policy.
- Key personnel qualifications and experience.
6. Printing and Brand Designs
FNB Lesotho calls for EOIs from qualified, competent, and locally registered printing companies.
Scope of Work:
- Textile and fabric printing (T-shirts, shirts, jackets, etc.).
- Digital printing for small runs and variable data.
- Screen printing (apparel, posters, promos).
- Flexography (packaging labels and badges).
- Letterpress printing (fine art, specialty prints).
- 3D printing.
- Large format printing (banners, posters, signage).
- Embossed/Debossed printing.
- Thermography (raised text for business cards, etc.).

General Requirements
All applicants must submit:

- Valid registration documents.
- Valid tax clearance or exemption certificate.
