Job Description:
The hoop-house manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the flowering areas inside of the hoop-houses. They are horticulture specialists that hire and train staff to assist in daily operations including planting out, defoliating shoot selection and harvesting of finished plants. They are to work closely with the fertigation specialist to ensure the plants watering and feeding needs are taken care of as well as working closely with the IPM specialist to ensure that pests and mold are not rampant in their areas. Must ensure that daily reporting is being always done and keep a clean and tidy work environment.
Reports to: Director of Cultivation

This will be commensurate with the responsibility of the job. The details will be discussed with successful candidates
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time every day. Must demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. Preferably the candidate would have knowledge of euGACP regulations. Understanding of cannabis flower and how it reacts to a photoperiod. Must be able to identify the proper time to harvest plants. High attention to detail during harvesting of plants. Must have organisational skills, dependability, and strong work ethic. Expected to work long hours and weekends to get the job done even during holidays.
