Flowering Lead (HoopHouse or Shade Cloth)
Job Description:
A flowering lead will be responsible for taking care of the plants in the flowering areas. A lead will perform the day-to-day tasks alongside the apprentices and provide training to the apprentices with the nursery managers assistance. Tasks include transplanting, setting up and taking down irrigation, defoliating and shoot selection on flowering plants, and harvesting of plants.
Reports to: Flowering Manager
Compensation:
This will be commensurate with the responsibility of the job. The details will be discussed with successful candidates.
Job Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. It is a bonus to have previous experience working with cannabis plants and harvesting of plants. Must have organisational skills, dependability, and strong work ethic. Expected to work long hours and weekends to get the job done even during holidays.
