BAKOENA SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated and reliable FLOAT RUNNER (Cash & EcoCash Float Distributor – Lesotho Northern Region)
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Advanced Certificate or Diploma (Commercial / Business / Finance preferred)
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Minimum 2 years in financial services, mobile money, or any cash-handling role
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Distribute cash & mobile money float to agent networks
• Serve and support agents professionally
• Maintain accurate records of float distribution & reconciliation
• Provide excellent customer care
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Follow safety & confidentiality procedures when handling cash
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• Honest and trustworthy individual
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Punctual with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of EcoCash/Mpesa is an added advantage
• Ability to drive and have a motorbike will be a strong added advantage
