Fleet Management Controller
Role Purpose
Coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining communication between transporters, warehouses, clients, and internal teams to meet service standards and minimize operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport operations and monitor deliveries.
- Manage fleet resources, shipment tracking, and route planning.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain communication with drivers, carriers, and clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and service excellence.
- Support cost optimization, warehouse coordination, and process improvements.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems, with strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years’ experience in logistics, transport, fleet management, or related operations.
- Knowledge of transport regulations, compliance, health & safety, and cross-border logistics is advantageous.
