Requirements
Candidates who are interested in joining the FirstBank Graduate Trainee Programme must have the under listed competencies:
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Highly innovative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good team player
- A maximum age of 27 years by 30 September 2024
- High School Certificate Diploma
- University Educational qualification (Minimum of Distinction Excellence)
- Proficiency in English Language will be an added advantage
