Financial Manager (EL)
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PURPOSE
Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and Management of the overall Finance Department Strategy. Control of the full financial function of the company to provide information for decision making by Senior Management and Board of Directors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 5 – 10 years finance experience in a senior management position;
• Experience in a mining, industrial or manufacturing environment is required;
• Chartered Accountant qualification is required;
• Advance excel skills and in – depth knowledge of financial reporting is required;
• Knowledge of Accounting systems, system design and implementation;
• Experience in Legal compliance is required.

Applicants must be aware of the remote location of the mine, approximately 130km East-North-East of the Lesotho capital Maseru, 360km South of Johannesburg. Being a remote site, we require our staff to always show courtesy and cultural sensitivity to fellow Team Members and the surrounding local communities.
