Financial Analyst – Remote OR Austin

Perfect Keto has grown extremely fast since launching in late 2016 and to continue our growth, we are building out our internal infrastructure to support the next phase of our growth cycle. Your focus will not only be on maintaining accounting books and records according to current processes, but also working with the Controller and Sr. Director, Finance to transition to and build out new accounting systems. You will be a key player in executing month end close procedures and building weekly financial reporting packages, finding efficiencies, and providing ad hoc financial analysis as needed by the finance team. We are looking for someone who has strong accounting skills, is passionate about creating efficiencies throughout the organization, implementing repeatable processes that give us freedom to focus on growth, and supporting business decision making with deep financial analysis. Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain month end close processes
• Build weekly financial reporting packages
• Ad hoc financial analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Implement internal controls
• Maintain and balance General Ledger, AR, AP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus
• 2-4 Years of General Ledger accounting and month end reconciliation
• Ability to work on a small but highly productive team
• Experience with month end close processes
• Strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and emotional intelligence
• Extremely organized and process-oriented
• Experience with NetSuite or other enterprise financial systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
