The Financial Administrator supports the accounting team by assisting with general receivable functions – including billings, intercompany receivables and sundry receivable management
What you’ll be doing
1. Provide basic financial support and services that enable the processing of Dimension Data invoices.
2. Assist with the administration of the accounts receivable function, including opening of new accounts, collecting cash and resolving queries.
3. Display client service orientation and deal with vendor account related queries, ensuring progress and solutions are communicated accordingly.
4. Intercompany balances reconciliation and confirmatitons
