Job Description:
- journal entries and vouchers. (Kota, Matlameng & Senqu, Pitseng AP)
REPORTS TO: Regional Accountant
DURATION: Six (6) Months
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile and capture supplier’s invoices into information sheet for sending to Shared Services Center
- Assist in Administration of petty cash
- Compile monthly VAT claims and submit to LRA
- Submit withholding tax certificates to LRA
- Assist with filling of records on daily basis
- Attend and participate in daily devotional meetings.
- Assume any other duties assigned by the supervisor
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Requires a University Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Requires computer skills and knowledge of accounting principles such as Sun Systems.
- Requires good communication (speaking and writing) skills in English.
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be a committed Christian
