Reporting to the Financial Services manager, the incumbent shall support the management of M-Pesa products and services.
Job Responsibility
- Manage relationship with key partners/stakeholders in the financial services industry, including the regulator
- Review and standardize written policy documentation related to the credit and customer set up process
- Monitor repayment progress and leading collections initiatives for delinquent accounts
- Develop and implement acquisition and retention strategies for all M-pesa customers
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in commercial studies
- At least 1 year experience in a financial institution
