FINANCE OFFICER – FIXED ASSETS ( HRL15 )
- Manage and maintain the asset master records in the Asset Register for all business units
- Process all asset disposals (transfers/sales/scrapping) in accordance with the asset disposal procedures
- Run a depreciation report for assets and company cars for all business units
- Reconcile fixed asset general ledgers
- E-Capex – create projects, load budgets, settle payments and close projects
- Generate various monthly reports in SAP, investigate variances and take the necessary action to resolve them
- Create, update and maintain records in accordance with the set requirements and standards
- Handle all related queries
- Perform administrative tasks as required

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- NQF Level 6 – 3–year diploma in Accounting
- 3 years’ experience in an Accounting environment
- Proficient in MS Office/ SAP/ FI
