Requirements
– Graduate in General Accounting
– At least three 1-3 years’ work experience in accountirng field and knowledge in Accounting software (Pastel):
– Experience in working with NGOs will be an added advantage
– Code B drivers licence will be an added atvantage
Key Respomibilities
– Reports to Senior Finance & Admin Officer
– Prepare monthly payments vouchers and ensure that all supporting documentation thereof is complete, accurate and properly approved prior to payments
– Prepare, track and capture VAT refunds to allow accurate claims with the Revenue Services Lesotho
– Prepare monthly financial reports based on approved compiled supporting documents:
– Receive, prepare and maintain all cash transactions including preparation of deposit vouchers and banking thereof
– Maintain and file all finance vouchers sequentially and safe keeping of all finance documents
– Facilitate and ensure timely availability of financial support for the implementation of LENEPWHA program,
