Finance Manager
Unik Construction & Engineering Company is looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• ACCA – CA preferable
• 7 years of working experience
Duties
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Proficiency in financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry. This includes preparing financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports in accordance with IFRS and other relevant regulations. Maintain company compliant position including tax and other aspects
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in developing and managing budgets for construction projects and ongoing operations
• Financing: Maintain external good relationships with Bank for facility/Guarantee request, with Insurance for other services
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership and collaboration skills are necessary for building and motivating teams to achieve financial objectives
• Communication and Presentation Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for presenting financial information to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities
