Finance Junior Business Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure that the financial systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices, and to provide business process and technology support to users to improve business efficiency and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose new developments and changes to business processes and technology

• Design business processes and communicate with internal stakeholder to agree on functional and technical specifications

• Test and implement relevant plans timeously

• Identify needs and provide user training/coaching and change management

• Consult with internal stakeholders regarding system requirements and provide user support

• Maintain data timeously to be valid, accurate and complete

• Project Management and any ad hoc requirements

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (with Accounting) required

• 3-year degree with analytical/ commercial subjects

• Prior Systems Systems/ Business analyst experience (preferably in Finance) would be and advantage

• Relevant retail experience will be an advantage

• Above Average computer literacy – MS office and/ or G-suite
