Finance Intern – Forestry (VCC – PMB) ( 85 and 86 for temps )
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide the incumbent with the necessary skills and specific competencies and assist in executing related functions to the risk and safety across the designated region
REPORTING TO: SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Citrix based vehicle system with regards to driver details and all other relevant information
- Updating external systems linked to Sappi’s partnering companies (Eqstra, Standard Bank, DriveRisk)
- Distribution of fuel cards, licenses, special permits, cross border letters
- Cancellations & Deactivations for all termed leasing
- Creation of SAP requisitions, SAP receipting & SAP service entries (Vehicle/Office related)
- Incident administration, ensure correct uniformed documentation is completed by units
- Assist with various administrative task and Adhoc activities
- Participate in day to day vehicle administration activities

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Relevant Finance Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification
- No experience required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- SAP Experience would be advantageous
