Sheet Street is recruiting for a finance graduate to join the finance team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock control
- Controlling the age analysis of outstanding transfers
- Ensuring that all stock related queries from stores / distribution centre / couriers are resolved promptly
- Assist stores in the preparation of stocktakes from support centre / POS perspectives
- Report shrinkage results, ensure stocktakes are complete and results finalised before month end
- Monitor shrinkage results in order to reduce losses incurred by the company
- General office administrator
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Finance related tertiary qualification
- 1 year experience in the planning and preparations of stocktakes
- An understanding of stock administration
- Must be computer literate (MS Office and outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical
- High administration standards
- High energy levels
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- May be required to work overtime at short notice
