Finance and Distribution Officer
Bakoena Solutions is seeking a competent and experienced Finance and Distribution Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support financial operations and distribution activities within the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Mobile Money operations.
- Strong understanding of financial management, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Own vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Monitor and support mobile money operations.
- Assist with distribution and field operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

The position is based at Bakoena Solutions offices in Maseru.
