Film Lecturer
Minimum Requirements
- A PhD in Film Arts or a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ teaching or industry experience,
OR - A Master’s Degree in Film Arts or an equivalent qualification in a related field with at least 3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
Key Areas of Specialization
- Film Production
- Television and Radio Broadcasting
- Media Editing and Post-production
- Screenwriting and Cinematography
Additional Competencies (All Positions)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology into the learning environment
- A portfolio of academic or professional work will be an added advantage
- Evidence of published research (for Media Studies Lecturer)
- A commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices

- OR an undertaking letter authorizing the University to deduct loan repayments from salary if successful
