About the Role
Maluti Energy is seeking two competent, motivated, and results-driven Filling Station Supervisors to oversee daily forecourt operations, maintain service excellence, and ensure the safe and efficient running of its filling station.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily filling station operations and staff.
- Monitor fuel stock levels, deliveries, and inventory.
- Oversee cash handling, sales reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Support staff performance and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or fuel operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
