Filling Station Manager
Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Managing Director the incumbent will oversee the operations of the filling station and its daily activities.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Authorized & ensure validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, and voids.
  • Ensured customer satisfaction by interacting with customers.
    Train employees properly with the company policies.
  • Manage scheduling/shifts and enforcing all company policies and procedures
  • Hire, recruit and train service station staff.
  • Assign, schedule and monitor the tasks of service station personnel.
  • Greet and receive customers and guests in a courteous manner
  • Answer and resolve customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations daily Prepare cash for Bank Deposits
  • Prepare Packages for Shipment
  • Balanced daily bank deposits and register accuracy records.
  • Open and close cash drawers as well as inputting cash information and sales into computer and preparing bank deposits.
  • Account/ Maintain records for all money in store on a daily basis, prepared bank deposits and internal auditing reports.
  • Provided assistance to employees in company policies and ensured all employees adhered to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure joyous experience to customers and guests through cool pleasant services.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and events to enhance quality in services.
  • Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products.
  • Maintain the service station premises in a neat and organized manner
  • Maintain good relationships with the vendors and suppliers.
  • Bill and collect payments from customers for services rendered.
  • Supervised the front desk, which included, answering questions, sorting items, monitoring the station.


Minimum Requirements:

  • GA, BCOM or equivalent
  • Proactive individual focused on system and reporting improvements
  • Payroll experience
  • Understand and interpret tacho-charts and tracking reports
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel


Major Challenges:

Requires ability to work extended hours (10+) or until all necessary work is complete.

Required to work on weekends.
