We are looking for highly driven, self-motivated individuals who are also extremely sales oriented, to fill the position of Field Sales Agents. The incumbents should be highly energetic, dynamic and know how to sell funeral products.

โขGenerate new business.
โขProvide insurance service to Basotho.
โขProvide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.
โขContacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
โขMeets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage.
โขExplains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
โขSuggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
โขBuilds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clientsโ needs.
โขAssists clients with filing insurance claims.
โขContributing to meeting sales targets.

โขPrevious experience in Insurance.
โขThorough knowledge of selling funeral products.

โขGood customer relations
โขComfortable working long hours
โขPresentation and reporting skills
