Positions Available: 4 Field Sales Agents / Foot Soldiers
Locations: Quthing, Qacha’s Nek, Mokhotlong and Butha-Buthe
BWINNERS Lesotho is looking for four energetic, target-driven sales agents to join its expansion team. Successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting and registering new customers within their assigned districts.
One position is available in each district.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- Actively recruit and register new customers/gamblers within the assigned district, towns and surrounding villages.
- Educate potential users on how to use the platform/service.
- Meet daily and weekly customer registration targets.
- Work 8 hours per day conducting field sales, direct engagement and outreach.
Requirements
- Proven sales or direct field marketing experience.
- Must own a functional smartphone in good working condition.
- Strong ability to operate mobile applications and digital platforms efficiently.
- Good knowledge of the local area, villages and community gathering spots within the assigned district.
- Availability to work 8 hours per day.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
Remuneration
Performance-Based Salary: Commission and earnings are tied directly to performance. The more registrations and active users you bring in, the more you earn.
The company offers uncapped earning potential.
