Field Marketer
We are looking for an energetic Field Marketer to join our team and grow our brand on the ground.
Location: Maseru
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Run brand activations, roadshows, sampling, and product demos.
- Visit shops, markets, and events to promote products and secure new orders.
- Build relationships with customers and meet sales/visibility targets.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and POS materials.
- Monitor competitors and submit daily reports.
- Track and follow up on Merchandisers’ daily reporting.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in Field Marketing/Sales preferred.
- Proven sales track record and ability to source new business.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with strong administrative skills.
- Basic MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport – an advantage.
