Overview
Solar Lights Pty Ltd urgently invites applications from qualified, reliable, and field‑ready candidates for a short‑term assignment supporting distribution, sensitisation, enrollment, and data collection activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive field teams safely to assigned communities
- Transport products and related project materials
- Support loading and offloading of goods
- Assist with community sensitisation and beneficiary enrollment
- Collect and record accurate field data using digital tools and/or paper forms
- Capture beneficiary information correctly
- Support completion of attendance lists, receipt forms, and field records
- Ensure collected data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and field instructions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and conduct basic daily checks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven driving experience, especially in rural or remote areas
- Good knowledge of Lesotho terrain and routes
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for data collection
- Good reading and writing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and offloading
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Assignment Scope
The assignment involves travel to remote communities for distribution, sensitisation, enrollment, and field data capture.
