PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:The anticipated USAID-funded Attain & Sustain 95-95-95, Prevent New Infections and Reach all Populations for Epidemic Control (ASPIRE) will be designed to, over 5 years, reduce HIV incidence and AIDS-related mortality in pursuit of epidemic control in Eswatini in alignment with GKoE’s vision of an AIDS-free generation by 2022 and the National Multisectoral HIV and AIDS Strategic Framework 2018-2022.

Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding and will be based in Eswatini.

Position Summary

  • Provide technical leadership for the project and support to the Technical Director in the management of project interventions for HIV prevention and mitigation including HIV case finding, linkage to care, condom programming, voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC), PEP, PrEP and other emerging biomedical

Minimum Requirements

  • MB.BS/MD/PhD or similar degree with 7 to 9 years relevant experience with at least 5 years progressive experience working in the health or development field in Eswatini.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in prevention services for HIV/AIDS.
