Feenix started as a response to the #FeesMustFall Movement and was launched on the 5th of June 2017. Feenix is a forward thinking edtech NGO and start-up. We are looking for an Operations Manager to align teams, drive efficiencies and ensure data-driven decision making.Feenix seeks to appoint a Operations Manager to be based in Cape Town.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Have an extremely strong work ethic,
- Detailed and solutions driven,
- Can work with all kinds of people and you see the gaps before anyone else.
Required:
- Process flow design,
- Project management,
- Budgeting,
- Human resource management,
- Design thinking and negotiations.
