Feenix is a nonprofit organisation that rose out of the shared belief that education is vital to breaking the cycle of poverty. A team of innovators who believe that access to education is one of the most important issues affecting South Africa today. Feenix offers a solution, which allows individuals and enterprises to donate money to universities on behalf of selected students to help them complete their studies.
The Feenix seeks to appoint a Marketing Manager, to be based in Cape Town.
Salary: R 320 000 to 420 000
This is a full-time, permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Continue to elevate the Feenix Brand – drive communication that is authentic, simple and transparent
- Grow online community and presence including funder and student communities
- Manage content creation
- Grow our sponsorship and partnership bases
- Run the Feenix Ambassador Programme
- Stakeholder Management
- People Management
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years working experience
- Proven track record in marketing and/or communication
- One to two years’ managerial experience
- Administration and organisation skills
- Experience in the innovation and tech space an advantage
- Experience in the NGO space an advantage
- Align without mission and vision a must
