Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position is in Butha-Buthe, Transmission & Distribution Department. The incumbent will be responsible to the Team Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Certificate in Electrical Installation.
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of Electrical Engineering
• Computer Literacy is essential.
• Customer Care oriented.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Registering reported faults accurately in the log book/LEC system.
• Dispatching reported faults to relevant officers for action.
• Monitoring progress in rectification of dispatched faults.
• Recording feedback of rectified faults from field officers.
• Producing faults and planned outages reports.
• Recording network switching as done by network operators.
• Liaising with field officers on network operation during faults rectification
• Communicating planned outages to relevant stakeholders.
