Fashion House Manager x1
Key Responsibilities:
-Managing overall operations of fashion store -Sorting and ensuring smooth delivery of fabrics
-Receiving materials accurately and taking inventory
-Keeping records of fabrics and materials
-Preserving and storing of materials.
-Ensuring that all fabrics are available and restocking when necessary
-Maintaining store cleanliness.
-Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services.
-Creating reports on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
-Addressing issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
-Maintaining outstanding visual merchandise standards.
-Participating in meetings with customers and fabric agents.
-You may also inspect products (checking for quality) during the design process and when a product is completed.
Requirements
-A Degree in Management or any relevant field
-2-4 years of experience in management, retail and services.
-Relevant experience as a retail store manager
-Proficient leadership skills and business orientation
-Customer service and management skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to take initiative. Good sense of fashion
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
