Position: Fashion Design Lecturer
Faculty: Design Innovation
Location: Limkokwing University of Creative Technology – Lesotho

Minimum Requirements
- PhD in Fashion Design or a closely related field with at least 2 years of teaching or industry experience
OR - Master’s degree in Fashion Design or an equivalent qualification in a related field with at least 3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience
Key Areas of Specialization
- Fashion Design (major specialization)
- Garment Construction and Pattern Making
- Fashion Illustration and Portfolio Development
- Textile and Fabric Studies
- Fashion Marketing and Trend Forecasting (optional but advantageous)
Additional Competencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing academic, industry, or creative work
- Proficiency in current fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar)
- Experience in curriculum development and blended learning techniques
- Ability to guide students in design projects, exhibitions, and competitions

- Certified copies of academic certificates, transcripts, and identification
- Names and contact details of THREE (3) contactable professional referees
- Proof of NMDS status:
- Proof of settlement of NMDS sponsorship loan OR
- Proof that the candidate was not sponsored by NMDS OR
- Proof that the candidate is currently repaying the NMDS loan OR
- An undertaking letter authorizing the University to deduct NMDS loan repayments from salary if successful
