Are you the one we are looking for?
You should be responsible for handling Day-to-Day operations of Building Management and Logistics functions.
You should maintain Site at 100% readiness to deliver from Security, Housekeeping & Facility management perspective
Assure building management, including HVAC, electrical, generator, UPS, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security access control, computer room, spaces moves, etc.
Perform cost control, budgeting, resource management and planning for building management related issues
Handle vendor relations for the outsourced services in order to provide continuous services
You should work closely with external vendors/housekeeping and security team to close gaps from above
Handle Customer Queries and Complaints
Monitor environmental issues
You should handle procurement of spares, consumables and build management related services
Collaborate with senior management as it relates to business growth, strategy, and operational planning.
Handle global operations to achieve/exceed P&L expectations.
Be responsible for implementing new technologies in operations and display executive presence.
Be a senior partner concern point for resolving customer & internal issues.
Maintain & grow excellent customer relations – focus on improving NPS.
Is involved in the growth and development of future company leaders through own leadership example, coaching & mentoring
Bring in external perspectives and evolving practices in operational processes
Minimum qualifications
University graduate
Meaningful experience required, preferably in a similar environment
Functional understanding of building monitoring systems, including BCP, DRP, security management
Sourcing and Supplier management knowledge
University graduate
Computer literacy with MS Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sourcing and Supplier management knowledge
Proven ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Work under pressure in a dynamic, demanding environment while maintaining/enhancing quality performance levels
Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Measurable experience in leading and growing profitable satisfied accounts and/or significant account management experience.
Ability to coordinate management teams in own portfolio and across the organization to achieve the performance goals agreed with the customer
Analytical problem-solving skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
Solid and diverse knowledge and expertise on the field of activity, intellectual agility, focused on results
