We are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager with proven experience with Facebook’s Business Manager platform to join our Marketing team. Responsibilities:
- Create strategy, oversee content development, and place paid ads in Facebook Ads Manager
- Utilize advanced features within Facebook Ad Manager to improve campaign performance: Pixel, Retargeting, Ad Placements, Ad Targeting, Custom Audiences and Look-a-like Audiences
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the business objectives
- Leverage real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, communicate campaign performance and create a clear roadmap for the future
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls
- Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
- Prepare reports and present results to management
- Write/create advertisements
- Create split tests
- Manage production of advertising assets as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of PAID Facebook ADVERTISING experience (Blueprint certified is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience managing E-Commerce accounts
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong, professional verbal communication
- Excellent writing and creative content skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
Salary: $50K – $75K DOE
