EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES for both ETL & SEFS
Econet Telecom Lesotho (ETL) and Sasai Econet Financial Services (SEFS) invite locally registered entities with a proven track record to submit expressions of interest for EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES for both ETL and SEFS.
Both ETL and SEFS are seeking to engage a reputable audit firm for external audit services for a period of four (4) years, commencing from the financial year ending 28th February 2026. The objective of the engagement is to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, providing reasonable assurance that they are free from material misstatements, whether due to fraud or error. Additionally, the audit firm will issue an independent report that includes an audit opinion. Interested audit firms are invited to submit their expression of interest for external audit engagement services with the following conditions:
- The audit firm should be a registered member of the Lesotho Institution of Accountants (LIA).
- The audit firm must possess a valid tax clearance certificate and valid practicing certificates for the engagement partners.
Deliverables Include:
- Interim audit report findings
- Final audit report findings
- Management letter reports
Expressions of Interest are to be submitted via email to legal&[email protected] no later than Friday, 16th May 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Submissions received after the 16th May 2025 will not be considered. Invitations to bid for the service will be extended to qualified Bidders who will be issued with a detailed RFP Document.
