Background: LRCS is humanitarian organisation and was established on the 9th November 1967 by an Act 31 of 1967 following the country independence in 1966. the LRCS maintains an autonomy which allows it to act at all times in accordance with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement’s seven Fundamental Principles. LRCS is recognized as auxiliary to the public authorities in the humanitarian field in accordance with the Geneva Conventions.
The LRCS as humanitarian organisation in Lesotho invites Transport companies to submit proposal for supply of hired vehicle with the following specifications:
- Toyota 4×4 double cab x 3
- The vehicles mileage should not exceed 150,000km
- The engagement is for 2 months
- The company should provide: tax clearance, insurance papers, vehicle certificates
- The vehicles shall be covering districts of Leribe and Botha-Bothe, Qachas nek and Quthing as a result companies registered from those Districts are preferable encouraged to submit proposals.
