Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)
Leasing and Operation of College Kitchen Facility and Cafeteria Services
Roma College of Nursing invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals, companies, or food service operators to submit Expressions of Interest for the leasing and operation of the College Kitchen Facility and Cafeteria Services.
Objective
To identify the Vendor with capacity, experience and suitable operating model to provide affordable, hygienic, nutritious, and reliable cafeteria and meal services to students, staff, and visitors within the College premises.
Scope of Services
The successful operator shall be responsible for:
- Operating daily cafeteria and meal services within the College premises
- Preparing and selling affordable meals, snacks, and beverages
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
- Managing kitchen operations, staffing, and stock control
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Maintaining the leased facility and equipment in good condition
Minimum Requirements
Interested applicants/service providers should demonstrate the following:
- Experience in catering, cafeteria, restaurant, or food service operations
- Valid business registration documents
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Health and food compliance certification from relevant authorities
- Capacity to provide consistent and affordable meal services
- References from previous or current clients
Lease Terms
- The kitchen facility shall be leased under terms and conditions to be agreed upon with the successful applicant
- Utilities and operational arrangements shall be discussed during negotiations
- The successful operator will be expected to commence operations within an agreed timeframe after contract signing

Interested parties must submit:
- Company profile and contact details
- Proposal outlining operational approach and menu options
- Proposed pricing structure for meals and related services
- Copies of statutory and registration documents
- At least two reference letters or proof of previous experience
