Overview
The Roads Directorate (RD) invites qualified companies and consultants to submit expressions of interest for the provision of goods and services in various categories. This exercise aims to update RD’s vendor database and gain a better understanding of registered companies operating in relevant areas of expertise.

- Road Construction Materials: Asphalt, prime mix, cement, paint
- Road Construction Tools: Pickaxes, wheelbarrows, shovels, spades
- Road Construction Equipment: Rollers, compactors, water bowsers, road marking equipment, concrete mixers
- Building Materials: Crushed stone, mesh wire, reinforcement
- Fuel and Lubricants: Coal, wood, paraffin, petrol, diesel
- Hardware: Electrical and plumbing supplies
- Laboratory Equipment: Road construction testing tools
- Air Travel Services: Air tickets and related packages
- Consulting Services: Management and corporate image consulting
- Logistics Services: Customs clearance, freight forwarding
- Security Services: Commercial security
- Facilities Services: Cleaning and landscaping
- ICT: Equipment, network cabling, supplies, consumables

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, companies must submit:

- Physical address
- Services offered
- Similar assignments completed
- References with contact details
- Proof of financial viability
- Certified copies of:
- Business registration/license
- Tax clearance certificate (certified at source)
Note: RD reserves the right to conduct site visits to verify company existence, stock availability, and operational capacity.
