Roads Directorate (RD)
The Roads Directorate (RD) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified companies and consultants to provide goods and services in the categories listed below. This exercise aims to help RD better understand the pool of registered companies operating in these areas of expertise and to update its vendor database.

Qualification Criteria
To qualify, companies must submit proof of the following:
- Proven track record of service provision in Lesotho in their area of expertise
- Full company profile on letterhead detailing:
- Company registration
- Current physical address
- Services provided
- Similar assignments
- References with contact details
- Evidence of financial viability
- Certified copies of:
- Registration licence/Business Identity
- Tax Clearance Certificate
Note: RD reserves the right to conduct site visits to verify the existence of the organization, availability of goods, and operational framework.
