What You Will Do:
- Control all logistical issues from transport to documentation flow; communicate with internal customers and operation departments.
- Service Level tracking daily/monthly reports
- Tracking POD’s
- Export documents : MSDS, Dangerous Goods Declaration, COA’s, etc.
- Direct link between Customer Services, Manufacturing, and on site Technicians.
- Briefing/debriefing of drivers (in/out)
- Planning daily loads.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain or any other related qualification
- Knowledge of computerized inventory and tracking systems
- Ability to operate personal computer
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Syspro/iScala knowledge advantageous
