We are a fast-paced, real estate transaction coordination business with an employment opportunity for an intelligent, highly organized, team oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a track record of longevity at previous positions.

This person will be a key contributor to our lead transaction coordination team and must be willing and able to follow instructions and handle lots of moving parts at once. Training and support will be provided on an on-going basis.The primary role of this position/ person is to help our team service our clients with seamless, top-notch customer service from pre-listing, or contract to close. We are seeking someone who enjoys people and excels at building relationships. Strong attention to detail, a systematic approach to task management, creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication skills are necessary to assist the team’s efforts in servicing our clients.

An ability to adapt in a fast paced work environment combined with an attitude that allows you to exceed expectations are required to excel in this role. After the initial training period there is the potential for some or all of this position to be performed remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Responsible for keeping agents up to date on progress on contracts
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience throughout the entire closing process to both our agents and our clients.
  • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys/escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale.
  • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions.
  • Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that the agent needs to handle or negotiate.
  • Assure that all post-closing disbursements, filings, and procedures take place.
  • Actively onboard new clients and set them up in our systems.

Job Type

Part-time (25 – 30 hours) with option to move to full-time if desired

Hours to be determined (flexible but will be a set training schedule to start)

Salary based on expereince.

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
