Koffiefontein) and one in Tanzania (Williamson).

Job Description: Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who will provide a co-ordinated executive office /
personal administrative service to the Company Directors, Non-Executive Directors, Board Members and Head Office personnel
and their assistants to specified requirements and sound office management practices. The position is based in Bryanston,
Johannesburg.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate office management activities, catering and maintenance
Set up Travel Policy and guidelines
Perform in-house travel booking role
Prepare Group travel arrangements and visa applications
Arrange logistics for Mine visits
Responsible for Group cell phone accounts and telecoms
Assist Company Secretary with quarterly Board packs
Prepare and/or edit internal and external communication
Maintain agenda, organise and co-ordinate meetings and appointments
Keep and draft minutes, notes, routine correspondence and presentations
Maintain office and administrative procedures
Create and maintain hard-copy and electronic filing systems
Supervise company driver, tea ladies and receptionist
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Secretarial /Administration qualification or similar in appropriate discipline
3 to 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
5 years’ administrative experience
Advanced computer skills and experience (MS Office)
Valid driver’s license
