Under  the  general  supervision  of  Senior  Executive  Officer,  The  incumbent  is responsible  for  the  following:

1.  Provision  of  on  the  job  training  to  the  Assistant  Executive  Officer,  Senior messengers  and  clerical  Assistants.

2.  Monitoring  of  the  performance  of  subordinate  staff  to  ensure  that  they perform  to  the  expected  standard.

3.  Compiles  a  monthly  report  for  submission  to  the  Senior  Executive  Officer

4.   Ensuring  timely  dissemination  of  mail  to  the  relevant  offices

5.  Ensuring  proper  filing  and  safeguarding  of  information

JOB  SPECIFICATON

Certificate  in  Records  Management/Office  or  Business  Administration  and  Two years  (2)  experience  in  records  management.

OR

C.O.S.C and   (3)  three  years  as  Clerical  Assistant  with  experience  in  records management.
