The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and comprehensive executive dministrative and secretarial support to the office of the CEO and the Board in accordance with the Trust policies and procedures and in compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing Executive Secretarial Support to the CEO
Provides full administrative support to the Board, Board Committees and Executive Team
Responsible for preparing status reports and for the coordination of information that support the CEO, Board and the Trust
Provides Corporate Governance support
Provides stakeholder management support by maintainig valuable Board and stakeholder relationships in conjunction with the CEO
Ensures statutory and legislative compliance

Qualification required:

Experience and skills:

5 years’ of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years must have been at an Executive Administrator level
Understanding of Corporate governance principles inclusive of experience of working with Boards.
Interpersonal and administrative skills, problem solving and analysis
Knowledge of Microsoft Packages and Social platforms
Fluency in English (both oral and written proficiency)
Knowledge of French and Portuguese will be an added advantage
