What you’ll do

Lead the development and execution of Vodacom Lesotho product and wholesale strategy. The role will have overall accountability for all above the line products and wholesale revenue.
Key Accountabilities
 Accountable for growth in revenues (i.e. customer numbers, ARPU and mix), and margins incl. cost elements of interconnect costs, acquisition
Development of value proposition and differentiation tactics across all consumer and wholesale offerings of Vodacom Lesotho.
Product lifecycle management. Enhance, revise prices to ensure products offering are competitive and meets corporate commercial KPIs. Conduct post-launch management of products, program and promotions. Develop and enhance necessary backend business processes as part of product requirements

Accountable for growth in revenues (i.e. customer numbers, ARPU and mix), and margins incl. cost elements of interconnect costs, acquisition and retention spend
Ensure compliance in the management, termination and engagement of sanctioned entities/partner operators in conjunction with Legal; 
Competencies
Segmentation models.
Strategy development and implementation. 
Proposition development. 
Financial forecasting and revenue projection. 
Interpreting Business cases. 
Qualifications and Experience
BSC Computer Science/ Bachelor of Engineering Degree with a commercial background or a Degree in statistics, Mathematics or any Business related discipline.
Minimum of  5 years’ experience in Telecommunications.
Experience in Product Propositions.
Marketing Execution and strategy development. 
Segmentation models based on consumer needs and behaviour.
