To market and service Liberty Life Lesothoโs financial solutions (products, technologies, and services) to affluent clients, with the aim of increasing sales, attracting new business, and retaining an existing high-value client base.

- Identify, approach, and manage potential leads and call plans using the current database, referrals, and personal networks to deliver new business targets.
- Establish, retain, and grow strong business relationships to ensure long-term value for clients and shareholders.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new business with the support of functional teams, ensuring contracted service standards are met.
- Penetrate both group and individual markets using networks, industry knowledge, and market insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional client experience.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales, pipeline activity, and client information.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales progress, initiatives, and performance.

- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance and/or a financial literacy qualification will be an added advantage.
๐๐๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
- A basic monthly retainer plus commission, subject to meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- The retainer will be provided for a period of one (1) year, after which the EDSA is expected to have built a sustainable commission-based income stream.
- Commission will be paid monthly as a percentage of the premiums generated.

- Minimum of 4 years in the financial services industry, preferably in long-term insurance or investment markets.

- Strong product knowledge (insurance and investments).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Business management understanding.
- Client relationship management expertise.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
