1. Job title: Executive Chef × 1
Roles and responsibilities
• Manage daily operations in the kitchen
• Manage stock levels
• Supervises kitchen staff during shifts
• Oversees the food preparation process
• Ensures that appropriate standards of hygiene are adhered according to the laws of Lesotho
• Draw up of menus
• Knowledge of cooking and preparing of A’ la Carte’ and Buffet meals
• Manages staff scheduling
Minimum requirements
• 5+ years of experience in similar position
• Ability to cook in large scale for groups of 100 – 200
• Certificate of Diploma Culinary Arts or equivalent will be an added advantage
