ConveYour, SaaS (software as a Service), is a business that helps direct sales organizations recruit, train, and retain more sales reps. We have been in business since 2009 and have multiple products in the market.

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, detail orientated, and self-directed Executive Assistant to support our founder and CEO, Stephen Rhyne, and his dedicated team. You need to be someone that is proactively & independently looking for ways to make the business better to be successful in this role.

You will be Stephan’s right-hand person, working side by side, helping to keep him organized and on track both personally and professionally.

In addition, the successful candidate will…

  • Be a proactive self-starter with a go-getter attitude
  • Manage his business inboxes, calendar, and schedule
  • Assist Stephan in turning inbound requests from iMessage, emails, etc into tasks in Notion
  • Assist Stephan with light research on companies, people, topics
  • Track and send reminders for payment & a variety of administrative tasks
  • Be a people person, upbeat, & energetic
  • Be highly responsive with excellent communication skills

Technical skills required:

  • Must be proficient in Google Suite
  • CRM (HubSpot or a similar tool)
  • Slack
  • Zoom

Experience in the following is helpful but not required:

  • Notion.so
  • Calendly
  • Paypal

Position Details

  • This position is a contractor 1099 position.
  • You must have at least two years of Administrative Assistant experience.
  • The position will start with 20-25 hours per week and will likely grow to full-time with the right person.
  • Flexible hours between 9:00am- 5:00pm CT. Must be available at 12 pm CT on Tuesdays.
  • The starting pay rate for this position is $23/hr.
  • We’re looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member.
