Pioneer Mall, in partnership with Standard Lesotho Bank, is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for talented artists! We are supporting 3 local artists to join a prestigious 4-year programme in Johannesburg to attend Artist Proof Studio, focusing on print-making and related industries. Upon completion, participants will return as educators to uplift the art community in Lesotho.
Who Can Apply?
Aspiring artists with a passion for creativity and a desire to make an impact in the local art scene.
How to Apply
Applications must include the following:
- Portfolio: A collection of 6 artworks (drawings, paintings, photography, etc.).
- Drawing Task: An A2-sized freehand pencil drawing of a chair. No rulers allowed. Use shading for tones but leave the background unshaded.
- Motivation Letter: Explain your interest and motivation in joining this programme.
- Identification: A copy of your ID or passport.
- Qualifications: Documentation of your educational background.
- Employment History: A summary of your previous work experience.

What Happens Next?
The education team will review all submissions. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview in Maseru.
